Responsibilities:


Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various technical roles.


Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing to onboarding.


Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.


Use job boards, LinkedIn, and networking strategies to attract top talent.


Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers across teams.



Requirements:


1–5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.


Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles.


Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
