Key Responsibilities: - Client Management: Identify and acquire new clients, understand their hiring needs, and build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction. - Candidate Sourcing: Recruit, screen, and place qualified IT candidates to meet client requirements effectively. - Job Matching: Align talent with open client roles to ensure a successful match for both candidates and clients. - Revenue Generation: Meet placement-driven revenue targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization. - Support: Assist in training, placement coordination, and digital outreach initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment and Business Development. - Expertise in W2, C2C, and CTH hiring models, with preference for Direct Client/MSP experience. - Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates. - Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and sourcing strategies to streamline recruitment processes. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
