If you’re experienced in technical recruitment and can confidently handle both recruiting and business development, we want to hear from you. 🕐 Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM EST 📍 Location: New Delhi, Remote (US Shift) 📅 Experience: 4–5 years 💼 Type: Full-time What You’ll Do: -Own the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding) -Work on 5–10 IT requirements simultaneously in a fast paced environment. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. -Use platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, and Indeed to source candidates -Submit qualified profiles daily and maintain an active pipeline -Collaborate with clients and support business development efforts -Stay updated with IT trends to target niche tech talent.
