Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Nashik. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Day-to-day tasks involve full-life cycle recruiting and ensuring a seamless hiring process for technical and non-technical positions. The recruiter will also stay updated with industry trends, maintain candidate databases, and communicate effectively with both candidates and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting skills
• Strong Hiring and Recruitment process management abilities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Relevant experience in the technology sector is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Nashik
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
