Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Technical Recruiter located in Nashik. The role involves identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for various technical positions. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for creating and posting job advertisements, maintaining a candidate database, and continually optimizing the recruitment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruiting, and sourcing candidates
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
• Strong interview and assessment skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
