Job Description

Strong knowledge and Minimum 5 years Hands on Experience in Web Application Firewall (WAF) & LTM: F5
Admin & Troubleshooting experience in L2 level in F5 WAF.
Monitor all the SOC devices regularly, analyse the alarms & report to customer.
Configure the use cases, policy based on environment/customer requirement.
Troubleshoot the critical issues and co-ordinate with OEM to resolve the issues.
Daily ticket management (change/service request).
Analyze the triggered alarms in the WAF and report to customer.
Perform version upgradation, patch update & SOC device restoration.
Checking the Endpoint compliance report and involve to improve the compliance level.
Advanced understanding of OWASP web application firewall and policy implementation maintenance.
Monitor WAF alerts, investigate incidents and provide response.
Implement and administer WAF solutions.
