About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5–7 years of experience in enterprise and mid-size company engagements and proven success in IT service sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning our services as a trusted partner to our customers. 


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within service-based industries (IT/technology/consulting preferred).
  • Strong track record of selling into enterprise and mid-size companies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of solution/service-based sales (consultative selling).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  
  •  Ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels (CXO/Director/VP).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
