Experience: 15 to 20 years

Qualification BE/B.Tech (In Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering)/Diploma with experience

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of high-voltage TL projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budgets, procurement, QA/QC, and change orders.
• Interface with utility clients and stakeholders; manage permitting and ROW.
• Supervise site teams and contractors; enforce safety and compliance.
• Maintain all project documentation and reporting.
• Experience in the construction of 400 kV TL and above, with an experience certificate.

Transmission Line Safety Manager:

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Qualification B.SC./Dip. In any stream/B. Tech with Diploma in Industrial Safety from RLI/CLI/State Board of Technical Education (Min. 5 years must be TL/Substation construction)

• Develop and implement safety systems for transmission line projects.
• Conduct field inspections, training, and safety meetings.

3.Transmission Line Field Quality Manager:

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Qualification BE (Electrical/Civil) and having a minimum of 5 years or a diploma with 7 years of experience in transmission line projects. If piling works follow under scope in such case the FQA engineer must have piling works experience. (Min. 5 years must be TL/substation construction).

• Coordinate with procurement and field teams for timely material flow.
• Ensure quality checks, prevent loss/wastage, and prepare inventory reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant store environment.

4.Project Coordinator cum Planning Engineer:

Experience 5 to 10 years

Qualification BE (Electrical/Civil) experience in transmission line projects. Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PPT & MS Projects.

• Develop and maintain project schedules and progress reports.
• Coordinate on-site technical issues and approvals.
• Manage subcontractor coordination, billing, and payments.

5.Store In Charge:

Experience 10 to 12 years

Qualification B.Sc./Dip. In any stream, experience in transmission line projects is a must. Good knowledge of TL equipment, tools & tackles. Good knowledge of Excel and Word. Also, knowledge of SAP.

• Oversee receipt, storage, inspection, and issue of transmission line materials and tools.
• Maintain accurate inventory records; execute audits and cycle counts.
• Perform drone/UAV surveys; process point clouds and integrate survey data into CAD/PLS models.
• Prepare verification reports and survey progress data for scheduling and billing
• Collaborate with design, planning, and execution teams to resolve layout issues.

7.Senior TL Surveyor:

Experience 10 to 15 years

Qualification - Bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering, experience in Transmission line projects is must. Good knowledge of AUTO CADD, PLS CADD. Good knowledge of Excel & Word.

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site Foundation, erection and stringing activities for high-voltage transmission line projects (typically 400kV and above). Ensure safe, timely, and quality-compliant execution of tower erection, conductor installation, hardware fittings, and pre-commissioning support.
• Supervising civil contractors and ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards
• Enforcing ES&H, safety, and zero-accident protocols
• Approving technical submittals, managing ITPs, NCRs, RFIs and FCDs.
• Support emergency planning and drills.

Experience 3 to 5 years

Qualification bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with relevant experience in the construction industry and proficiency in accounting software like Tally, SAP.
