Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs and create workforce planning strategies.
  • Recruitment Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for critical roles across functions.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, agencies, referrals).
  • Employer Branding

  • Strengthen Ode Group’s employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
  • Collaborate with marketing/communications teams to design recruitment campaigns, career pages, and employee branding initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers on talent availability, hiring processes, and market insights.
  • Ensure alignment between HR and business units on talent priorities.
  • Process & Compliance

  • Standardize recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, diversity hiring, and internal recruitment policies.
  • Team Leadership

  • Mentor and lead a team of recruiters, driving performance and professional growth.
  • Set KPIs for the recruitment function (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio).
  • Data & Reporting

  • Use data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Continuously improve recruitment efficiency through technology and analytics.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience

    in Talent Acquisition, with at least

    3–4 years in a managerial role

    .
  • Proven experience hiring across diverse functions such as real estate, hospitality, construction, and corporate roles (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage senior-level hiring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
