Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Hanumangarh. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process, develop robust employer branding strategies, and execute hiring initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with department leaders, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing techniques
• Expertise in implementing and improving Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in an educational or corporate setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus
