About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, dashboard management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should come from a corporate background, possess strong analytical and reporting skills, and demonstrate expertise in using advanced Excel and recruitment analytics to drive hiring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring delivery on hiring mandates across functions and business units.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee dashboard reporting, analyze recruitment metrics, and present data-driven insights to leadership.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive process improvements and leverage technology to enhance TA efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and maintain data accuracy in HRMS.
• Mentor and upskill the TA team to strengthen recruitment capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Talent Acquisition with team-handling exposure.
• Background: Must have worked in a corporate or multi-location organization.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS tools and reporting systems.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Compensation & Joining

• Salary: Up to ₹13 LPA (based on experience and fit)
• Joining: Within 30 days preferred
