Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to manage post-sales supply chain and project coordination activities. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of customer orders after the sales process, including order fulfilment, logistics, project tracking, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery and project implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

Order & Project Fulfilment

  • Coordinate and manage the post-sales process, including order processing, shipment scheduling, and delivery tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, procurement, warehouse, finance) to ensure order accuracy and timely execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved as per schedule.


Customer Coordination

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers for all post-sales activities.
  • Provide customers with regular updates on order status, delivery timelines, and project progress.
  • Resolve any post-sales issues, complaints, or delays with urgency and professionalism.


Logistics & Supply Chain Operations

  • Work with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries, track shipments, and manage import/export documentation if needed.
  • Optimize supply chain and logistics processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain inventory visibility and coordinate replenishment or delivery as required.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Ensure all documentation related to delivery, invoicing, and project handover is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain project trackers and generate status reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support compliance with internal policies and customer contractual obligations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and project tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with logistics processes and documentation (domestic/international).


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in post-sales project delivery in sectors like manufacturing, electronics, or capital goods.
  • Exposure to lean or agile project methodologies.
  • Understanding of Incoterms and international shipping protocols.
