. CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS (2 VACANCIES FOR 2 ROLES)A. Manager – Statutory & Tax Audits Experience: 2 to 5 years post qualification experience in handling Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and ITR filings for mid to large size clients in a CA Firm. Job responsibility:· Lead a team of 3 Chartered Accountants and 4-5 interns, allocate tasks and oversee audit engagements to ensure efficiency and accuracy.· Plan, execute and monitor statutory audits and tax audits while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.· Independently Manage and execute Statutory & Tax Audits and ITR filings for mid to Large size clients.· Review audit working papers, financial statements and tax computations to ensure completeness and correctness.· Ensure timely completion of audits by setting deadlines, resolving bottlenecks and maintaining coordination with clients.· Identify audit risks, suggest process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices in audit methodology.· Coordinate with clients for audit requirements, address their queries, and provide value-added recommendations.· Mentor and train team members, review their work and ensure high-quality deliverables. B. Manager - Income Tax Assessments & Appeals Experience – 1 to 2 years post qualification experience in handling income tax assessments and appeals. Job responsibility:· Lead a team of 5-6 interns, allocate tasks and review their work to ensure accuracy and timely completion.· Draft and file submissions for income tax assessments, appeals, rectifications, refunds and 12A/80G registrations.· Represent clients before tax authorities for assessment proceedings, appeal hearings, rectification matters and refund claims.· Ensure compliance with income tax laws, monitor tax updates and implement best practices for effective tax representation.· Coordinate with clients, legal counsels and tax officers to facilitate smooth resolution of tax matters.· Guide and mentor interns by providing technical training and ensuring quality control in drafting and representations.
