Job Description

Salary:


Duties and responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage an efficient supply chain strategy aligned with business goals

2. Oversee procurement of furniture, accessories, and raw materials from international suppliers.

3. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory, and

distribution.

4. Optimize inventory levels and reduce overstock/understock scenarios across multiple showroom

locations.

5. Collaborate with merchandising, showroom operations, sales, and VM teams to forecast demand

and product availability.

6. Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate terms, lead times, and costs to ensure value

and reliability.

7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain, logistics, and

vendor performance.

8. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and product

certifications.

9. Implement and improve ERP systems and processes to increase transparency and efficiency across

the supply chain.

10. Lead and develop a team of procurement, logistics, product specialist and warehouse

professionals.

11. Keep efficient stock from all items, re-ordering new stock after analyzing and auditing the stock

data for each item.

12. Generate the stock reports such as re-order level report (ROL), stock reports, sales reports for all

13. items by category, vendor, and store, and slow moving and Stagnant items.

14. contribution to the offers and campaigns ideas to enhance sales

15. Study, analyze and nominate the new items

16. Assist in the annual inventory in his category to solve all the stock issues

17. Keep updating the status of each SKU & audit on website as well as company’s other social media

platforms.

18. Display Auditing of each showroom throughout, respectively

Required Skills/Abilities with Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

(MBA preferred)

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in furniture, retail, or consumer goods

industry.

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, international shipping, warehousing, and inventory

control.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in ERP and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment.
