Job Description:

The job includes below responsibilities:

Converting customer forecast to raw material requirements as per BoM.
Material planning and scheduling as per lead-times.
Releasing purchase orders to suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries.
Aligning raw material to monthly production plan without any shortages/production disruptions.
Connecting the logistics team with suppliers for smooth imports/inbound shipments.
Coordinating with Stores and QA to resolve material related issues.
Updating material status on daily basis.
Maintaining optimum inventory levels.
Reducing the material costs through negotiations and alternate sourcing.

Desirable:

Must be good at oral and written communications.
Must have working experience in MS Office and ERP system.
Candidate from electronic manufacturing industry is preferred.
