Buscamos un(a) Analista de Procesos que será responsable de desarrollar, analizar, controlar e implementar mejoras en los procesos de fabricación, a través del uso y desarrollo de metodologías y herramientas de gestión, con el objetivo de optimizar, estabilizar y estandarizar los procesos y la capacitación de los empleados. PARA JUNTOS ALCANZAR LO EXTRAORDINARIO, SERÁS RESPONSABLE DE: Asegurar la estandarización de los procesos de fabricación, a través de la elaboración, revisión y verificación del cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos, a fin de minimizar las variaciones en los procesos. Participar en el desarrollo de materiales de capacitación sobre el proceso de fabricación, contribuyendo a la difusión del conocimiento dentro de la fábrica. Monitorear el consumo de las entradas principales a través de sistemas computarizados y datos de campo, con el objetivo de señalar tendencias desfavorables, proporcionando a los gerentes información para la toma de decisiones. Monitorear el deterioro y el rendimiento del equipo de todo el proceso de fabricación a través de sistemas computarizados y datos de campo, así como analice la información, señale e implemente mejoras e interactúe con el equipo de producción en busca de mejores resultados. Participar en eventos Lean (SMED, Kaizen, proyectos 6 Sigma, etc.), con el objetivo de reducir el consumo de insumos y el deterioro, así como mejorar el rendimiento del equipo. Coordinar una de las herramientas de Lean, dirigiendo actividades, con el objetivo de contribuir a la difusión de la cultura de mejora continua en la Unidad. Monitorear el deterioro y el rendimiento del equipo durante todo el proceso de fabricación a través de sistemas computarizados y datos de campo, así como analice la información, señale e implemente mejoras e interactúe con el equipo de producción en busca de mejores resultados. Aprender las actividades de producción, calidad o supervisores, mediante la vigilancia rutinaria, con el objetivo de formar a sí mismos para llevar a cabo estas funciones en situaciones específicas y sucesión. Mantenga el área de trabajo y el equipo limpios y organizados de acuerdo con las buenas prácticas de fabricación y las herramientas 5S, utilizando y alentando a otros empleados en el lugar de trabajo a adoptar herramientas Lean y resolver las no conformidades detectadas en auditorías para optimizar procesos, evitar accidentes y contaminación del producto.
