We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Manager with 10–12 years of industry experience to lead and optimize supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with in-house engineering teams, external suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient material flow, timely deliveries, and alignment with project and business goals.
•Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support engineering and production requirements.
•Collaborate with internal engineering teams to understand technical specifications and procurement needs.
•Identify and onboard suppliers based on customer requirements, technical capabilities, and cost-effectiveness.
•Conduct regular supplier assessments covering quality, delivery performance, capacity, and compliance.
•Manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.
•Coordinate with customers to align delivery schedules, resolve supply issues, and ensure satisfaction.
•Oversee inventory management, logistics, and demand planning.
•Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
•Ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
•Use data-driven insights to forecast demand and optimize procurement cycles.
•Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
•Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and support professional development.
•Facilitate cross-functional coordination between engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
•10–12 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in engineering or manufacturing environments.
•Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory control, and supplier management.
•Experience working with engineering teams and interpreting technical requirements.
•Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
•Experience in aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
•Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, PMP).
•Familiarity with lean principles and digital supply chain technologies.
