About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, inventory control, dispatch planning, vendor coordination, and supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing logistics for a printing & packaging or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics & Dispatch Management

• Plan and execute daily dispatches for cartons, packaging materials, and printed products.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation (LR, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.).

2. Supply Chain Operations

• Oversee procurement planning and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
• Identify gaps and improve the efficiency of supply chain processes.
• Monitor vendor performance and negotiate contracts for transport and supplies.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Manage raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO systems and maintain stock accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock audits and highlight discrepancies.

4. Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work closely with Production, Purchase, Sales, and Accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Communicate dispatch schedules and material requirements with departments.

5. Process & Cost Optimization

• Analyze logistics costs and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Optimize delivery routes, transport options, and warehouse operations.

6. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with GST, E-way bills, and transportation rules.
• Maintain accurate MIS reports and daily logistics dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or logistics certification preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in printing & packaging / manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of transport management, inventory systems, and ERP.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure and time-sensitive operations.

Salary Range:

To be discussed based on experience and skill set.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,048.09 - ₹68,760.53 per month

Work Location: In person
