About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – Strategic Partnerships & VAS who will drive the strategy, identification, negotiation, and management of partnerships that strengthen our value-added services.

You will build alliances with government bodies, industry associations, and service providers across logistics, payments, financing, design, quality assessment, customs, and factory inspections.

👉 This is a high-impact role with potential to build & lead a team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

✨ Identify, evaluate & build a pipeline of strategic partnerships.

🤝 Drive alliances with government bodies & industry associations (domestic & international).

📑 Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle – assessment, negotiation & execution.

📝 Define & finalize SLAs, SOPs & MSAs with partners.

🧑 💻 Collaborate with tech, product, marketing & finance for seamless integration.

📊 Monitor partner KPIs, ensure compliance & resolve escalations.

🔍 Research emerging trends in VAS, payments & logistics.

📈 Drive VAS revenue growth through optimized collaborations.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3–5 years in Strategic Partnerships / Alliances / Business Development (E-commerce, Fintech, Logistics).

✅ Proven ability to build partnerships from scratch.

✅ Strong knowledge of payment systems, logistics & value-added services.

✅ Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management & presentation skills.

✅ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

🎓 Master’s degree in management or related field preferred.
