As a Strategic Partnerships and Alliances Manager at Fynd Platform, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing key partnerships that contribute to our platform's growth, market presence, and overall business objectives. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership and alliances plan aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify potential partners, assess their relevance, and prioritize them based on strategic fit.
Identify, evaluate, and initiate contact with potential partners, including retailers, technology providers, and industry stakeholders.
Lead negotiations, draft partnership agreements, and facilitate the onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual growth.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to integrate partner offerings into our platform seamlessly.
Drive joint marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote partnerships and maximize mutual benefits.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.
Regularly analyze partnership performance and provide reports to the executive team, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify partnership opportunities and threats.
Ensure that all partnerships and alliances comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with legal counsel to draft and review contracts and agreements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Team player with a collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving.
