About the Role Join SoftwareHunt as a Founding Partner Operations Lead and become the bridge between our matchmaking platform and India's best SaaS companies! This is a strategic, relationship-driven role where you'll be at the heart of building and nurturing the partnerships that power our consultative marketplace. You'll help drive the entire partner journey, managing the onboarding process (forms, meetings, and beyond) to becoming a relationship manager for all our product company partners. This means ensuring SoftwareHunt stays engaged with up-to-date information, managing deals and discount structures with partners, tracking lead closure status, and much more. As a founding team member, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with the founder while building relationships with some of India's most innovative SaaS companies. You'll be instrumental in developing strategic partnerships that go beyond simple vendor relationships - creating collaborative ecosystems that drive mutual growth. Responsibilities Partner Onboarding Leadership : Optimize and lead the entire onboarding process from initial form submission through successful platform integration. Strategic Relationship Management : Serve as a primary point of contact for all partner communications. Information Management : Ensure all partner profiles, product information, pricing, and offerings remain current and accurate Lead Tracking & Closure Management : Monitor and report on lead handoffs, conversion status, and partner performance metrics Process Development : Design, document, and continuously improve partner workflows and operational procedures Strategic Partnership Development : Identify and cultivate opportunities for deeper collaboration beyond basic platform participation Partner Success & Support : Proactively address partner needs, resolve issues, and ensure optimal platform experience Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align partner activities with overall business objectives Performance Analytics : Track partnership KPIs, generate insights, and present recommendations for growth and optimization Requirements Communication Excellence : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly Relationship Building : Natural ability to connect with people and maintain long-term professional relationships Process & Operations Mindset : Strong organizational skills with experience in process design and optimization SaaS Industry Knowledge : Understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, business models, and partnership dynamics Stakeholder Management : Comfortable interfacing with senior executives and decision-makers at partner companies Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to relationship management
