Roles & Responsibilities

Inventory & Store Management

• Maintain optimum RM/PM/FG stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Conduct monthly and annual

  physical stock audits

  for FG, RM, PM, WIP, machinery, tools & equipment.
• Ensure stock reconciliation for Aditi Foods & Global Agro – inwards, outwards, and issued stock.
• Implement robust systems to minimize stock variances and material shortages.

Procurement & Vendor Development

• Handle purchasing/contracts for raw material, packaging material, consumables, tools, and services.
• Maintain honest, fair, and ethical vendor relationships.
• Explore new materials, suppliers, and cost-effective alternatives to maintain quality and timely supplies.

Production Planning & Coordination

• Oversee production control planning and scheduling aligned with sales and purchase forecasts.
• Resolve deviations in schedules by coordinating with production, procurement, and dispatch teams.
• Balance manpower, machine requirements, and material availability to ensure timely production.

Audit & Compliance

• Prepare documentation and systems for

  BRC, ISO, FSSC

  and other external audits.
• Conduct frequent internal audits of stores and inventory systems.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP, FSMS, and legal requirements.

Reporting & Systems

• Ensure proper data entry and stock tracking in

  Tally ERP 9

  / ERP systems.
• Generate MIS reports for management on stock positions, consumption, variances, and material pricing trends.
• Establish reporting systems for transparency and accuracy in material management.

Qualifications & Key Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate –

  B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.A, M.Com, M.Sc, MBA, etc.

• 6–10 years’ industrial experience

  in stores/materials management (preferably food industry).
• Minimum

  3–5 years’ experience

  in purchasing and inventory control.
• Strong working knowledge of

  Tally ERP 9

  & MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of

  supply chain, inventory control, shipping & receiving, forecasting & budgeting.

• Ability to lead a store team, conduct audits, and face external certification agencies.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
