Job Description

We are seeking experienced, passionate, and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your responsibilities include conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. You will also be required to maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, ensure the availability of licenses or stocks for sales and demonstrations. Additionally, you will display efficiency in gathering market and customer information to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery, and customer specifications to their managers. Collaborating with team members, gathering feedback from customers or prospects, sharing it with the internal team to achieve better results, recording sales and order information, and reporting the same to the internal team are also part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to keep track of buying trends and provide accurate feedback to the team. Your role will also involve presales activities such as studying markets and lead generation, working closely with marketing, principal, and presales technical teams to help generate demand, participating in events to generate demand, and updating CRM in a timely manner. In terms of sales, you will be responsible for making techno-commercial proposals, negotiating and closing deals in the organization's benefit, coordinating with principals and customers, and completing necessary documentation. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of proven work experience in Product Sales, possess good verbal and written communication and presentation skills with a strong business-related knowledge to position the company and product solutions to prospects, a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, self-motivation with a result-driven approach, the ability to muster internal and external support needed for affecting a sale, commercial acumen to ensure profitability, target-oriented alignment of activities, networking skills within the sales ecosystem, good knowledge and experience working on MS Office, and hands-on experience working on CRM software (an added advantage). Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in engineering (any discipline) with a preference for Mechanical engineering and an MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred.,
