• We are looking for a Senior MIS Operations Manager to lead data-driven decision- making, automation initiatives, and operational improvements at RChilli.
• This role will bridge the gap between IT, Operations, and Leadership to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Automation, with expertise in Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Advanced Excel, SQL, and ERP/CRM tools.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Drive automation initiatives to minimize manual data processing using AI and other advanced technologies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.
• Lead the restructuring and automation of organizational-level reports focusing on key business metrics such as financial health, customer success, and operational efficiency. Your innovations will help drive our strategic direction.
• Cross-Departmental Reporting: Manage, automate, and streamline reporting across Finance, Customer Success, IT, and HR departments.
• Explore future automation opportunities in other departments as you identify them.
• Manage and optimize SQL databases to support data analysis and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Leadership to streamline workflows and improve decision-making processes.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all MIS and analytics functions.
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights for strategic planning and performance monitoring.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for leadership review.
• Implement and manage ERP/CRM tools to improve operational effectiveness.
• Train and mentor team members in MIS tools, reporting, and data analytics best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in MIS, business intelligence, and automation.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science with Mathematics/ Data Analytics/ MIS / Business Analytics/ Finance, or related field.
  

Technical Background

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Operations Management.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Advanced Excel, SQL, and ERP/CRM tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience in automation, process improvement, and dashboard development.
• Ability to translate business needs into data-driven insights and operational strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation solutions is a plus.
• Ability to lead and manage the operations department effectively.
