Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic MIS Executive/Manager to manage and streamline data across multiple departments including production, sales, purchase, and HR. The role involves data analysis, reporting, and business insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills, with expertise in Excel, ERP, and management dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments – production, sales, purchase, and HR.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze trends, highlight gaps, and suggest actionable improvements.
• Maintain and update ERP data and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely data submission and validation.
• Automate reporting processes and optimize data management efficiency.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Present detailed insights to management for decision-making.
• Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy across all reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analytics (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level) – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.
• Experience in ERP systems (Tally / SAP / Oracle or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for dashboarding.
• Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and business processes.
