Sr. MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. MIS professional with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, ERP software, and financial data management. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the construction industry and the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret MIS reports to support management decisions.

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for project and corporate levels.
• Work extensively on Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, Dashboard creation, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure accurate data entry and integration with ERP systems used in construction projects.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
• Work on accounting entries, reconciliations, and report extraction.
• Track and report budget vs. actual project costs, cash flows, and financial variances.
• Collaborate with project, accounts, and management teams for smooth flow of data and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements in reporting.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives in MIS reporting
• Strong command of Advanced Excel and data analysis tools
• (specific to construction industry).
• Good knowledge of accounting principles with ability to prepare & interpret P&L, Balance Sheet, and reconciliations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
