Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and regularly update the
student placement database
with accuracy and confidentiality.
Design and manage dynamic
dashboards
and
MIS reports
to track student outcomes, recruiter engagement, and placement progress.
Collaborate with placement officers and academic teams to collect, verify, and structure data for strategic planning.
Provide timely and actionable
data-driven insights
to support campus drives, outreach activities, and student readiness programs.
Ensure seamless
data integration
across platforms such as
ERP systems, Excel, and third-party CRM or ATS platforms
.
Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve data quality issues.
Generate scheduled reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and customized insights as required by leadership.
Support internal and external
audit and compliance processes
through detailed documentation and record-keeping.
Prepare data summaries, charts, and visuals for internal presentations, board reviews, and partner communications.
