Sr. MIS Executive

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should have complete knowledge of Excel, including proficiency in Excel formulas and functions. Your role will involve attending all calls and diligently following up with companies for monthly business sheets. It will also be crucial for you to ensure proper reconciliation of monthly business sheets according to the prescribed process and close the business sheets on time. Key Responsibilities: - Cross check the percentage of monthly business, both product-wise and company-wise. - Maintain records of the work both online (software) and offline (Excel). - Handle data reconciliation, float working, and rates updating. - Take ownership of completing work independently as well as collaboratively with the team. - Lead the team and provide assistance in resolving any concerns that may arise. - Ensure a minimum of 75 business sheets are confirmed by the 15th of every month. - Update the daily working sheet for performance monitoring. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Excel with a strong understanding of formulas and functions. - Excellent communication skills for effective follow-up with companies. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Strong organizational skills to manage data reconciliation, float working, and rates updating efficiently.
