Relationship Manager

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) Position : Field Sales / Sales Agent / Relationship Manager Department : Sales & Business Development Location : Jaipur only 1. New Dealer Onboarding Identify and onboard a minimum of 5 new dealers per month in the assigned territory. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to finalize dealer associations. Ensure all documentation and onboarding processes are completed in compliance with company policy. 2. Agent (POSP) Acquisition Recruit and register new Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) for insurance product distribution. Train new agents on company offerings, portal usage, and compliance requirements. 3. Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and POSP agents . Conduct regular visits, resolve concerns, and ensure continued engagement and performance. Motivate and support partners to achieve their sales targets. 4. Insurance Product Sales Generate business across various verticals: Health Insurance Life Insurance Motor Insurance (Car/Bike) Non-Motor Insurance (Travel, Property, Commercial, etc.) Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to clients and channel partners. 5. Target Achievement Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets as per assigned goals. Track performance and report daily/weekly activities to the reporting manager. 6. Market Research and Feedback Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and strategies. Share dealer and customer feedback to improve offerings and service. 7. Compliance & Documentation Ensure proper documentation and adherence to IRDAI regulations and company standards in all sales processes. Maintain records of sales, dealers, agents, and client data.
