In the capacity of a Senior HR Executive, you will be the key driver in identifying high-quality talent, making recruitment procedures more efficient, and supporting HR operations that are in line with our strategic goals. Key​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates, screening, making an offer, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Recruiting Strategy: Work with the management to identify, create, and implement recruitment strategies that are in line with the company goals and growth objectives.

Interviewing and Selection: Conduct and be involved in the top-level interviews, thereby, ensuring the hiring of the best talents which satisfy the needs of the organization.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ data analysis and HR metrics to make hiring decisions, enhance recruitment strategies, and improve the entire recruitment process.

Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Assist in conflict management and employee relations issues which support the creation of a positive work environment.

Compliance & Risk Management: Make sure that recruitment practices abide by labor laws and organizational policies.

HR Technology Integration: Employ HRIS and other HR tech tools to facilitate candidate data management, process simplification, and enhance HR ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌operations.

Key​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Skills & Qualifications:

Communication: Communicating clearly and effectively in both speaking and writing is a must for the whole process of interviews, to solve conflicts, and to help people understand policies.

Empathy & Interpersonal Skills: Highly developed skill to create connections, see the world through different people's eyes, and understand the human aspect of problems.

Decision-Making: Good decisions that make use of sound judgment are expected of you every day as you handle employee relations and make recruitment decisions that are in line with the company’s objectives.

Strategic Thinking: The capability to relate and harmonize hiring strategies with the overall vision and goals of the company.

Problem-Solving: Taking the initiative in formulating solutions to the pressing HR-related problems such as performance management, employee grievances, and retention strategies.

Emotional Intelligence: Being capable of not only controlling and comprehending your own emotions, but at the same time also the emotions of other people around you, and thus being able to create an atmosphere of work that is both gratifying and highly productive.

Hard Skills:

Talent Acquisition Expertise: Hands-on documented experience in finding, qualifying, and employing candidates across various divisions and at different levels.

HRIS & Technology Proficiency: Skillful and expert use of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), an applicant tracking system (ATS), and other HR software for recruitment and HR management that is efficient.

Data Analysis: A person who can unravel the meaning of HR data and metrics and then use that knowledge to guide talent acquisition strategies, hiring trends, and workforce planning.

Compliance & Risk Management: Well versed in labor laws, compliance issues, and risk management practices related to human resources.

Other Important Talents:

  • Organizational Skills: Great capability to break down the work, decide what is most important, handle numerous projects simultaneously, and carry out your work smoothly in an environment where the tempo is fast.
  • Adaptability: Being always ready to learn and at the same time get used to ever-evolving HR technologies and practices.
  • Discretion & Integrity: Manner in which you deal with sensitive and confidential information is characterized by the highest professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
  • An HR experience of more than 5 years with focus areas such as talent acquisition, recruitment, or hiring.
  • Able to work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment.
  • If relevant, be well-versed in global recruitment strategies and ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌compliance.
