Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Talent Acquisition Onboarding

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  2. Collaborate with department heads to forecast and plan manpower requirements.
  3. Drive onboarding, documentation, induction, and smooth integration of new hires.

2. HR Operations Compliance

  1. Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Factories Act, etc).
  2. Liaise with labour consultants and government authorities for timely audits and inspections.
  3. Maintain all HR documentation, including employee files, registers, and compliance records.

3. Employee Engagement Welfare

  1. Implement employee engagement activities that foster a productive and inclusive workplace.
  2. Manage grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and support employee welfare initiatives.
  3. Be a key point of contact for employees at the shop floor/plant level.

4. Performance Management Training

  1. Support the implementation of appraisal cycles and performance reviews.
  2. Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development programs.

5. Attendance Payroll Coordination

  1. Coordinate with the admin/accounts team for attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  2. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in HR data maintenance.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Experience: 6 8 years in a generalist HR role, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
  3. Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and factory HR practices.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and take ownership of plant-level HR operations.
