Sr HR Executive

As a Senior HR Executive at iThum Tower, Noida, you will play a crucial role in our HR team by utilizing your extensive experience in digital marketing hiring, IT recruitment, and general HR activities. Your responsibilities will include leading recruitment efforts for IT roles and digital marketing positions, managing the end-to-end hiring process, overseeing attendance management, and handling onboarding and exit formalities. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. In addition to your recruitment and HR tasks, you will also focus on fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, managing employee queries and grievances, and supporting the implementation of HR programs aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 4-6 years of HR experience specializing in IT recruitment and digital marketing hiring.
