Sr HR Executive

Role Overview: As a Senior HR Executive at Futuristic Labs, you will be the go-to person for all things related to People, including recruitment, onboarding, culture, and compliance. Working closely with the founding team, you will have complete visibility across the organization. This is a hands-on role where you will shape the employee experience, drive hiring operations, and maintain a high-clarity, high-execution environment. Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding - Manage full-cycle hiring for tech, design, product, and business roles. - Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure quality and speed. - Create immersive onboarding experiences that reflect our values. - HR Operations & Compliance - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal processes. - Optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency. - People & Culture - Organize team bonding activities, culture rituals, and engagement check-ins. - Act as a supportive and proactive listener for team concerns. - Uphold a culture of ownership, execution speed, and radical candor. - Growth - Assist in performance cycles and basic HR metrics management (attrition, hiring velocity). - Recommend learning and development initiatives aligned with business requirements. Requirements: - 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced startups or tech settings. - Proficient in managing both recruitment and HR operations independently. - Strong communication skills, follow-through, and organizational abilities. - Trusted team player with sound judgment and confidentiality awareness. Bonus Points: - Exposure to cross-functional tech teams (hardware + software knowledge is a plus). - Familiarity with HRMS and ATS tools. - Experience in organizing offsites, engagement surveys, or internal communications. - Interest in leveraging data for tracking engagement and HR health metrics.
