Sr HR Executive

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive who will be responsible for handling Legal & Statutory Compliance across our outlets and production units. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HR activities are legally compliant and aligned with labour laws and company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.)
• Maintain statutory registers and documentation as per legal requirements.
• Handle employee contracts, renewals, terminations, and legal notices.
• Coordinate with external consultants for compliance audits and inspections.
• Liaise with government departments and labour offices as required.
• Support internal HR functions like payroll processing and attendance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle HRMS/legal documentation.
• Stay updated with changes in labour laws and statutory norms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Law, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR with a focus on legal/statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multi-location compliance.
