Role Description
A change management consultant will play a key role in ensuring projects or change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usageFocus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structuresThe primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistanceThe change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employeesThese improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomesWhile the change manager may or may not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work through many others in the organization to succeedCM Consultant will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsorCM Consultant may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitionsSupport project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plansApply a structured methodology and lead change management activitiesApply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiativeSupport communication effortsSupport the design, development, delivery, and management of communicationsAssess the change impactConduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholdersSupport training effortsProvide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programsResponsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS
8 plus years of experience, at least 3 years in ERPMinimum of bachelors degree Business, Engineering or Computer Science, HRTechno Commercial knowledgeChange Management certification Prosci preferredTECHNICAL EXPERTISEIn depth understanding of SDLC project like SAP or Oracle ProjectUnderstanding of relevant business processes in Procurement, Supply Chain, Analytics or LogisticsKnowledge of current technologyHaving experience in Auto, Engineering, Discrete, Pharma, CPG, Retail, Oil and Gas, Hitech, SemiconductorExperience in Supply Chain, logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning and DistributionEmerging domain knowledge competenciesAdvanced degree preferredA solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change processExperience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent active listening skillsAbility to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiencesAbility to establish and maintain strong relationshipsAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalFlexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situationsResilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevereForward looking with a holistic approachOrganized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tacticsProblem solving and root cause identification skillsAble to work effectively at all levels in an organizationMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through othersAcute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challengesFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleExperience with large scale organizational change effortsChange management certification or designation desiredSoft Skills
