Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION

SAP Data Services senior consultant will play a key role in data migration, integration, transformation projects where huge amounts of data needs to be handled with multiple source and target systems. The following are key responsibilities.

Architecting, designing and helping build successful implementations of SAP Data Services in customer organizations.

Liaising with Sales and Delivery Teams to help grow Bristlecones Services Business around SAP DS.

Mentoring Junior Data Services Team members within the Organization.

Drive all Presales efforts for Data Services.

Build Assets and Accelerators wherever applicable to reduce the overall cost to serve.

SOLUTION ARCHITECT KNOWLEDGE.

Should have experience in designing integration solutions with multiple source and target systems, complex transformation rules, heavy data load.

Expertise in at least 2 industries e.g. CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life Sciences etc.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE.

Excellent understanding of Data Services architecture and how various components interact with each other during runtime

Excellent understanding of Data Integration part of Data Services.Excellent understanding of Data Quality part of Data Services.

Excellent understanding of administrative activities relating to Data Services.

Ability to lead and conduct Design workshops in front of an audience comprising of both Business and IT teams.

Ability to architect an end to end integration solution while considering data load, source or target system types.

Ability to work on complex integration scenarios along with writing functional specifications for complex interfaces.

Very good understanding of ECC Master data from integration standpoint.

Basic understanding of CPIDS, Java.

SOFT SKILLS.

Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written.

Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment.

Conduct trainings and be a mentor for junior DS team members.
