About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in NetSuite implementation, administration, or consulting. Strong background in Business Analysis, with experience gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and creating process documentation. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or Agile certification is highly desirable. Hands-on experience managing JIRA and ServiceNow for Agile workflows, issue tracking, and dashboard management. Technical Skills & Knowledge In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP, O2C, Financials, and related modules. Experience in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk API integrations (preferred but not mandatory). Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance operations, and supply chain management in relation to NetSuite. Expertise in JIRA dashboard creation, backlog management, and Agile reporting. Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM for tracking NetSuite support tickets, change management, and automation. Experience with SQL, Excel, and BI tools for generating NetSuite reports and analytics. What Will You Be Doing In This Role Act as a NetSuite subject matter expert (SME), providing expertise in ERP, O2C, Financials, Supply Chain, and other NetSuite modules. Analyze current business processes and workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements through NetSuite. Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite modules, workflows, roles, dashboards, and reports based on business needs. Collaborate with developers and consultants to design and implement SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk API integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite system issues, ensuring smooth business operations. Lead data migration efforts, ensuring seamless transition during NetSuite implementation, upgrades, or system enhancements. Monitor and test NetSuite system updates and releases, assessing potential impacts and implementing necessary adjustments. Work closely with business stakeholders, including finance, operations, sales, and IT teams, to understand their pain points and gather functional and non-functional requirements. Perform gap analysis to compare current business processes with best practices and identify necessary improvements. Develop process flow diagrams, business use cases, wireframes, and requirement documentation to guide development efforts. Translate business needs into functional specifications and NetSuite configurations, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and other enterprise applications. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training sessions, and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite solutions. Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize the backlog based on business objectives and technical feasibility. Track and manage work progress using JIRA, ensuring backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and proper documentation. Remove impediments that hinder team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Utilize JIRA and ServiceNow dashboards to monitor sprint velocity, burndown charts, and key Agile metrics for effective decision-making. Ensure compliance with Agile best practices while tailoring methodologies to the organization's needs. Leverage JIRA to manage Agile workflows, create dashboards, and track project progress. Set up and configure JIRA dashboards to provide real-time visibility into team performance, issue resolution, and sprint progress.
