Solutions Analyst (NetSuite)

You have a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance, or other business-related field, computer science, information systems, or other technology. You possess expertise in NetSuite ERP module with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience with AR, AP, and R2R. Additionally, you have extensive experience in NetSuite's ERP architecture and NetSuite integrations mapping experience. Your role involves providing NetSuite consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices, and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate the most complex requirements. You are responsible for driving test planning, execution, and optimization support, as well as conducting business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions to determine configuration requirements for new processes. Furthermore, you provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration. It would be advantageous if you also had experience in full life cycle NetSuite implementations, extensive knowledge of ERP Lifecycle, strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills using tools like MS Visio and MS PowerPoint, and strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. In this role, you will be utilizing your NetSuite expertise to facilitate clients" most complex requirements by designing and maintaining applications on the NetSuite system based on interpreted business requirements. You will work closely with outside ERP implementation team resources to address customization and configuration requirements aligned with business needs. Collaboration with cross-functional internal teams will be essential to build and manage the technology platform from design through delivery, overcoming challenges and unknowns. Your responsibilities also include developing implementation plans, reports, and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability, training staff on new software and reports, collecting and documenting business requirements for integration and implementation into the ERP system, identifying and resolving issues by recommending modifications to business processes, analyzing workflows for process improvements and business practices to streamline operations, and participating in problem-solving efforts with outside vendors and support personnel when required. Staying current with technological developments in business application technology and providing recommendations for leveraging new technology across the company is also part of your role.
