Social Media Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:

    Develop and execute a

    comprehensive social media strategy

    aligned with brand goals.
  • Brand Aesthetics & Design Language:

    Work closely with agency partners to ensure a

    consistent brand tone, storytelling, and visual identity

    across all platforms.
  • Content Planning & Execution:

    Create and oversee

    content calendars

    , ensuring timely and engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Campaign Management:

    Plan and monitor

    social media campaigns

    that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Trend & Competition Analysis:

    Stay ahead of industry trends, social media algorithms, and competitors to continuously

    optimize content and strategy

    .
  • Performance Monitoring:

    Track key social media metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare monthly reports for the CEO.
  • Community Engagement:

    Actively engage with the audience, influencers, and brand advocates to drive interactions and loyalty.
  • Collaboration with Creative Teams:

    Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators to

    produce high-quality visuals and videos

Qualifications:

 

Technical Skills:

·      A fashion-forward thinker with a passion for digital storytelling.

·      Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.

·      Hands-on experience with social media tools, analytics, and paid promotions.

·      Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.

·     Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or any relevant design software is a plus. 


Other Skills Required:

●      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with team members and partners.

●      Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide staff effectively.

●      Problem-solving skills to address challenges in the distribution process.

●      Ability to meet targets and multiple deadlines
