The primary responsibility of this role is to provide comprehensive training on our products and behavioural skills to store employees, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and customer interaction skills to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. · Product Training: o Conduct detailed training sessions on product features, benefits, and usage to ensure employees are well-versed in the product lineup. o Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and quizzes, to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of product knowledge. o Assist in creating in-store product demos and ensuring product displays are aligned with training guidelines. · Behavioural Training: o Conduct behavioural training sessions focused on enhancing customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills among store employees. o Provide techniques for managing customer inquiries, handling difficult situations, and upselling in a respectful and effective manner. o Foster a positive work environment by instilling values such as teamwork, professionalism, and accountability. · Assessments & Feedback: o Monitor and assess the performance of employees during training, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement. o Develop and implement evaluation tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs. · Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to ensure training materials remain current. o Actively seek feedback from store managers and employees to continuously improve training methods and materials. · Collaboration: o Work closely with the HR and Operations teams to ensure alignment between training programs and company goals. o Collaborate with store managers to address specific training needs and tailor sessions to meet store-specific requirements. · Reporting: o Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and progress. o Provide regular reports on training outcomes and recommend further development plans as needed. Qualifications: ● Bachelors Degree in any discipline. ● 3+ years of professional full-time working experience. Technical Skills: · Proven experience in training, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment. · Strong knowledge of product categories, features, and market trends. · Excellent communication and presentation skills.
