Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should know how to plan content, grow organic reach, run basic ads, and generate leads through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Plan monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories)

Create engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas

Coordinate with designer/video editor for creatives

Post content consistently and on time

Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement

Run and optimize basic paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads)

Track performance using insights & analytics

Generate leads and improve brand visibility

Stay updated with latest social media trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing

Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook growth

Knowledge of Meta Ads (basic to intermediate level)

Content planning & audience targeting skills

Basic knowledge of Canva / creative tools (preferred)

Good communication skills (English/Hindi)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

Experience in lead generation campaigns

Knowledge of reels strategy & viral content

Understanding of branding & marketing funnels

Experience working with agencies or clients

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month

Qualifications & Skills

Certification in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and tactics such as SEO, SMO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Online Advertising.

Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ideas and marketing strategies.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
