Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist (Graphic & Video Content) Category: Digital Marketing | Social Media Management | Graphic Designing | Video Editing | Lead Generation Job Summary: We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our official company accounts as well as the CEO’s personal brand accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The candidate will be responsible for daily content creation (graphics & videos), social media growth, lead generation, online marketing campaigns, and website updates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management (Official & CEO Accounts): Manage and grow Company & CEO’s Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages. Plan, create, schedule, and publish daily content (minimum 8–10 posts including reels, stories, carousels, and static posts). Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms. Monitor comments, messages, and engagement regularly. 2. Content Creation (Graphic Designing & Video Editing): Design high-quality creatives for social media posts, stories, ads, and website use. Create and edit short videos/reels, promotional videos, and brand videos. Edit images and videos according to brand guidelines. Stay updated with latest social media trends, reels formats, and content ideas. 3. Lead Generation & Online Marketing: Generate daily leads through social media posts, reels, campaigns, and DMs. Plan and execute lead-focused content strategies. Run and manage online marketing campaigns across social media platforms. Track leads, engagement, reach, and conversions and share regular reports. 4. Website Management: Update and manage the company website with fresh content, creatives, banners, and marketing materials. Ensure website content is aligned with ongoing campaigns and branding. Coordinate basic SEO-friendly content updates (preferred). 5. Strategy & Reporting: Develop monthly content calendars and marketing plans. Analyse performance insights and improve content strategy accordingly. Share weekly and monthly performance reports on leads, engagement, and growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing. Strong skills in Graphic Designing and Video Editing. Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar. Experience in lead generation through social media. Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms. Basic website management knowledge (WordPress preferred). Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills. Preferred Candidate Profile: Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet daily posting targets. Passion for branding, digital growth, and social media trends. Result-oriented with a focus on lead generation.
