Key Responsibilities: Buider Handling Arrange site visit with builders (when required) Follow up for required documents from builders Maintain approvals list (RERA,OC,etc) Document builder-developer tie-up details Client Handling & Communication Greet new clients and send welcome messages with a document checklist Provide daily status updates on client loan files Follow up on missing documents Send regular touchpoint messages ( e.g review reminders) Team Management Assign tasks via Google Sheets/ WhatsApp and track completion Take daily work updates from team members Organize and conduct weekly review calls Attempt to resolve queries before escalating to management Loan Processing Support Fill out application from on DSA portals Verify documents and ensure completeness Coordinate with RM for file status till disbursement Maintain disbursement tracker and payout details CRM & Data Entry Enter new inquiries into CRM Update EMI ,file ,disbursal , and payout trackers Categorize leads ( Hot/Warm/Cold) Marketing Support Schedule social media posts ( captions + hashtags) Prepare scripts for reels Collect client testimonials (ausio/text) Prepare WhatsApp broadcast lists Coordination with RMs / Partners Send daily/weekly file updates to RM Track ROI, processing fee and payout structure changes Stay updated with bank documentation and turnaround times Internal Work Management Manage management calendar and meetings Send timely reminders Maintain petty cash/ expenses record Create and update daily task checklists Training & SOP Development Create SOPs for regular tasks (PDF or Google Doc) Make training videos for new joiners Plan internal training sessions (e.g., on voice, client handling, finance terms) Market Research & Competitor Observe competitor DSA ads and strategies Analyze content from other pages for learnings Research bank loan products/offers Prepare monthly competitor analysis reports. Requirements: Graduate (preferably in Business / Finance/Commerce) 1-2 years of experience in admin or coordination role preferred Knowledge of Google Workspace, CRM tools and WhatsApp Business Good communication and documentation skills Strong multitasking, problem solving and organizational abilities Benefits: Exposure to diverse operations within the finance sector Opportunities to learn,grow and take leadership initiatives Collaborative and supportive work culture
