Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients regarding loan products and services. Explain loan schemes, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers in a clear and professional manner. Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for potential conversions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Handle customer queries, objection, and complaints with patience and professionalism. Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets. Collaborate with the sales team for smooth loan processing. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Requirements: Graduate/Undergraduate with 2-3 years of telecalling/loan sales experience. Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati and English (preferred) Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of financial/loan products will be an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary(15,000-20,000 based on experience).
