Team Leader

Job Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and calling targets. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training, and support. Develop calling scripts, strategies, and processes to improve lead conversion. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and performance standards within the team. Ensure accurate data entry and timely follow-ups with customers. Handle escalated customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on team performance and share with management. Drive incentive plans and boost team morale to achieve maximum productivity. --- Requirements: Graduate/Undergraduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a team of telecallers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred). Ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving targets. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
