Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products including personal loans, business loans, home loans, and other financial services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, documentation assistance, and ensuring smooth end-to-end loan processing. Key Responsibilities:Actively generate leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals, or marketing campaigns. Explain various loan products (Personal, Home, Business, etc.) to customers. Assess customer financial profiles and recommend appropriate loan options. Assist clients with the documentation process and ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with the credit team and backend operations to fast-track loan approvals. Follow up regularly with clients for status updates and closure. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Prior experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing ability. Target-driven and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of loan documentation and credit criteria. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and documentation collection.
