Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Do


Social Media:


  • Plan and execute a strategic social media calendar aligned with product launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Create and post engaging content – including carousels, reels, videos, and thought-leadership pieces – tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
  • Translate complex AI, data, and tech concepts into easy-to-digest, story-led content.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Track and analyse social metrics to measure campaign success and optimize performance.


Email Marketing:


  • Own and manage the company’s email marketing campaigns, from concept to execution.
  • Craft compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Design, test, and send newsletters, drip campaigns, event invites, and product announcements using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Segment audiences and personalize email content to improve engagement and open rates.
  • Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTRs, bounce rates) and continuously improve based on performance data.


You’ll Fit Right In If You:


  • Have

    2–4 years

    of hands-on experience in

    social media, digital content

    , or

    email marketing

    (excluding internships).
  • Possess

    strong written and verbal communication skills

    , with a knack for simplifying complex tech topics.
  • Are experienced in using tools like Canva, Buffer, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Are familiar with B2B marketing trends, especially in the tech or SaaS space.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, cloud, and social media marketing.
  • Are creative, detail-oriented, data-driven, and always ready to try new formats and ideas.
