Business Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Executive with over one year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales, client communication, and business operations. You will play a key role in driving growth, maintaining client relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
• Support sales and marketing campaigns
• Prepare reports, proposals, and business documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in a similar business or sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Pay: ₹12,176.60 - ₹20,000.00 per month
