Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve support processes. Work within defined SLAs and ensure consistent performance. Identify and share insights from customer interactions to improve products and services. Key Skills & Requirements: 2–6 years of experience in customer support roles. Strong proficiency in email, chat, and voice-based support. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize follow-ups. Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and offer constructive resolutions. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
