Job Summary: We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Associate to oversee payment operations, manage client communications, and ensure excellence in documentation and system processes. This role is key to maintaining strong client relationships, streamlining digital payments, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in customer success and client support with a strong grasp of billing workflows and excellent communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead with ownership to drive timely payment collections and build trusted client relationships. Act as the communication bridge, ensuring clarity and responsiveness in every interaction. Manage agreements and documentation with precision, supporting our commitment to excellence. Oversee systems and platforms to ensure smooth, efficient financial operations. Handle ENACH and payment processes with integrity, contributing to our growth and stability. Key Skills & Traits: Strong communication skills. Familiarity with payment tools like ENACH, Wati & Interakt etc. Process-oriented mindset (for agreements, ticketing, documentation) Comfort with Slack and shared dashboards/systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize follow-ups. Basic understanding of financial workflows and customer payment cycles. 1–3 years experience in a customer success, or client handling role.
